Updated: Outlook Export, v0.1.16

Just finished updating Outlook Export. The updates are;

Fixed: Runtime error when last folder loaded no longer exists
Fixed: Wrong email loaded when viewing selected email

Added: Search headers/body

INFO: Machine issues

Just a note folks, my machine got majorly corrupted whilst I was in Mexico, and whilst I've now transferred everything to a new machine, I've lost around 800K emails (tried repairing the PSTs and manually exporting then importing them, but those attempts failed miserably). If you sent me one between April 4th - April 19th, please re-send it.

I'm going through those I've received since the 19th and ask those waiting for a reply to please be patient (I've got around 40,000 to go through that have arrived since the transfer). If you don't receive a reply in the next few days, please feel free to re-send it and I'll get to it as soon as I can.
