WinPatrol 16 Beta: Scotty gots a new leash!

Scotty now has a new leash in the form of v16 beta, released yesterday. New features include;

- Specifically designed to work with Windows 7
- UAC alert only when actually required
- Selectively hide alerts
- Selectively hide RunOnce change alerts
