hpHosts update

I know the hpHosts update is rather late this month, and apologies about that. Due to circumstances offline, I've been somewhat distracted and whilst the online database is upto date, the file itself hasn't been updated since the end of last month.

I began the first rounds of validation around 36 hours ago, and am planning to release an updated version of the file, by this Friday.
