frontlinecom.co.uk: Oh dear

It seems Mr Jones over at frontlinecom.co.uk isn't too happy with me. Not for publishing the information found concerning the spam - but for posting the footer of the e-mail (the bit with the company name, address etc etc in it).

Given the information is available publicly anyway, via his own website infact, I'm confused as to what the problem is;


It's okay for him to hire people he knows are going to spam the life out of things to promote his site, but not okay for one of the recipients of his spam, to mention the company responsible, and publish the details?

His last e-mail read "You have been warned", presumably referring to his previous e-mail mentioning he was going to seek legal advice concerning it. Personally I hope he does, it'll mean more people knowing about his company hiring spammers, and his being fine with it. I have obfuscated the e-mail addresses in the last blog post though, I'm not completely unreasonable.

One of the guys on the WoT forums pointed out something interesting though. The e-mails he's been sending me, tell me they're from a Mark Jones - but his website mentions 3 Jones - and none of them are Mark?

And he's not listed in the WhoIs either, so who is this mysterious Mark, and why isn't he on the website?
